5. Help others; worry about profits later.
6. Take responsibility.
7. In a glass half full; half empty atmosphere. Do your best to view the glass half full.
8. Hope and good will, are view points you can never put a price on.
9. We all have different wants and needs in life; so do not be afraid to share with others.
10. Use good judgement, and learn from your experiences.
