I have received a few calls from the support of my quondam Eye dialect guv'nor to troubleshoot both their end of day monetary problems and their wifi precarious spot connection that I turn up in preference to I left. 

Now keep in mark that I am now over 2000 miles away.  It's not that I form an opinion the telephone call about what to do when their credit Christmas card total is a penny short.  That is a simple answer to their question followed by a hardy titter.  But troubleshooting a wifi plan onto the phone when the person on the other side has no clue?  Well, that is something that you pay for the time and help.  So why was my affirmation of a consulting fee laughed at?  Needless to circa, I have not heard back from them since.   perhaps they hired some $90 an hour computer tech to help.  A immeasurably groan from the $10 an hour I was paid to set the wifi system up.

All of this has made me suppose in how valuable my skills are.   I really be subjected to a lot to offer and it's not free.
