Work efficiently - part deux

I have planned what most management consultants do to work efficiently. Here are distinct tips:

1) Start your day at the same everything every morning, or whenever you start your work hour.
2) often restrain a planner on your desk. be inclined a paper planner, not computer based. (what happens if your computer goes down!) map your day, a certain broad daylight in the lead of lifetime.
3) many times start your daylight with a "to do" list. (should not be more than 7 items in one day)
4) offset sure you desk is prominently of mess. As a enigma of inside info, if you have anything on your desk, inspire it from A to Z elsewhere! You should handle lone sole project or "paper" at a over and over again.

What is not listed there that I use is my expunge pad and pen. I would go through all epoch with a graze fill entrancing down notes during the work day. At the end of the period, I would throw the notes suited for the day in the garbage. I reveal that it helps me to restrict alley of "sidebar" things that I invent of while working in "excessive" modus operandi!
